
MFN 6 : Mohit Arya steps up in short notice, to face Seth Rosario
MFN 6 happens in less than two weeks at Dubai. The fight card is the biggest that the country has ever seen. With 10 spectacular bouts, the event will prove to the biggest ever in the history of Indian MMA.
Mohit Arya of Mutant MMA Academy, Dehradun has stepped up at a short notice to fill up for Hemant Wadekar against Seth Rosario in the welterweight bout. Hemant got injured a few days back and is unable to fight.
To the promotion’s delight, Mohit Arya agreed to replace Hemant & face Seth Rosario in very short notice.
Mohit Arya aka “Hulk of Haridwar”
Hailing from Haridwar, Mohit is undefeated in his pro career. With a record of 4-0, he has been finishing his opponents with no mercy. He usually fights in the lightweight division, however stepping up to Welterweight Division won’t be challenging at all for Mohit.
Mohit trains at Mutant MMA Academy, Dehradun under the patronage of ace Indian Fighter – Angad Bisht. Speaking to us, Angad quoted that this is the opportunity that they have been waiting & fighting for. Mohit is an explosive fighter and with his conditioning, toughness and fundamentals in place, he can be a big surprise for Seth Rosario.
Seth Rosario Vs Mohit Arya : Predictions
Seth Rosario (4-3) is making a return to MFN 6 after a span of 20 months. He last fought Parakram Dandona at MFN 3. Since then, Seth has been putting variations in his training and has been extensively sharpening his ground game. He is currently running his camp at The Combat Lab in Gurgaon under Coach Ashwin Hoon. He looks sharper than before and is looking forward to put his name as one of the best welterweights in the country.
Seth stated that it was disappointing to realize that Hemant is no longer fighting, however he gladly accepted the proposal to fight Mohit Arya.

Mohit Arya has had a successful professional stride at local events, wherein he stands at 4-0. All wins coming off a knockout. He for sure can’t be underestimated, and will be looking for early victory.
It’s tough to predict the bout, as Seth has evolved over a period of time with his game and we are yet to see how prepared is Mohit to face an all round fighter like Seth. For now, both the fighters are winners for the promotion and Indian MMA, for accepting to fight each other at such a short notice. May the best man wins..!!
