
Matrix Fight Night elaborates their policies in an Insta Post
Matrix Fight Night has been making waves ever since they started off with their first show in 2019. Despite the pandemic, the promotion has been able to put out 10 massive shows and this is just the beginning for the promotion.
Matrix Fight Night 10 saw 4 inaugural titles and seems that MFN is loading up more inaugural titles to be on line this. MFN 10 crowned Puja Tomar, Angad Bisht, Uloomi Kareem and Sanjeet Budhwar as the champs, and there is no stopping as Matrix Fight Night heads to MFN11.

Matrix Fight Night has been the biggest advocate of Fighter Safety and fighter welfare. In an Instagram post today, MFN revealed a revised synopsis of their obligations towards the MFN signed fighters.

The post states some of the Obligations of MFN towards their fighters:
- The MFN contract is for 3 years and can be extended mutually for 2 more years
- MFN will offer 5 fights to their fighters in a tenure of 3 years
- MFN signed fighters can train at any of the Matrix gyms for free
- Title contenders will have complete support from MFN and can choose any of the recommended camps in India, Thailand and Bali
- Medical Insurance by MFN
- Develop fighter PR on social media and print too
- Fighters will be given free legal aid in case they want to negotiate with brands or seek fight opportunities outside MFN
In return, MFN requested their fighters to:
- Mention MFN in their social media bio
- Seek NOC from MFN in case their seek fights outside MMA
- Not fight at least 60 days if they have a fight scheduled at MFN
- Pay 15% to MFN of any income received from brand endorsements and fights in any discipline except MMA
- Not flaunt any other fight promotion branding except MFN; their Gym, team merch is permissible along with commercial brands like Puma, Nile, Reebok etc
- Help facilitate weight monitoring by the official sanctioning body – AIMMAA & GAMMAF
- Not consume banned substances
- Proudly carry and display their country flag
Lastly, MFN mentioned that Fighters have job opportunities at Matrix Gyms across the country post retirement. The post also encourages MFN fighters to go out, seek brand endorsements, and big money; however acknowledge the platform that is making them the Indian MMA stars – Matrix Fight Night!
